The Om beach is around 100 metres (2 to 3 minutes walk from the property
There is no road access to the property. It is around 200 metres walk from the parking place. Parking facility is provided at Namaste Cafe property at free of cost.
All of our rooms have hot water facility (8 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 10 pm)
We have WiFi facility all around the property including rooms. However, Gokarna being a remote location does have its share of internet outages that are out of our control, and sometimes at the most inopportune times!!! So we suggest that you have a backup plan for such an eventuality.

We do not have any driver accommodation. There is a common toilet for the restaurant that they can use. However, arrangements for them to sleep will have to be made for, by the guests themselves.

This time extension even in the event of availability is at the sole discretion of the management and staff.
We do not have any activities that are run or managed by us. There might be activities that third parties might be operating based on their assessment of business viability. Depending on the season and the weather, there can be a host of activities like jet skies, zorbing, banana boat rides, boat rides, kayaking, surfing etc. or none at all. We are not responsible for the availability of such third party services during your visit.
An early check in is possible but ONLY if someone checks out early - which we won't know until that morning. This obviously cannot be arranged in advance. If you arrive early, you are most welcome to wait on our sea view restaurant terrace. You will also have use of the cafe's bathroom facilities until your room becomes free.
